THAN THERE IS THAT CRANKITY OLD MAN. AND IN BETWEEN AGES,THERE IS MY BOSS, MY SPOUSE, AND THOSE RUNNING THE GOVERNMENT, TRAFFIC COPS, AND TIRED WAITRESSS. WHY EVERYONE HAS STRESS!
DOES STRESS AFFECT DIABETES?
A STRESSFUL EVENT CAUSES US TO BE IRRITATED. THIS RESULTS IN OUR MIND TELLING OUR CELLS TO EMPTYOUT THEIR STORED GLUCOSE INTO THE BLOODSTREAM. OUR MIND UNDERSTOOD THE IRRITANT TO BEING AN ALERT FOR AN EXPECTED ACTION ON OUR PART!!

I HAD TO THINK HOW BEST TO PROCESS STRESS. THE WORST CASE WAS TO SEE IT AS A PHYSICAL HAPPENING, AND HOLDING ONTO IT FOR A LENGTHY TIME.
ROAD RAGE WAS AN INTERESTING EVENT. ONCE, ANOTHER MOTORIST WAS GIVEN ME A
HARD TIME. HE PASSED ME GOING FASTER THAN THE SPEED LIMIT, AND THEN CUT IN
FRONT OF ME FORCING ME TO PUSH HARD ON MY BRAKES. I WAS VERY UPSET.
I HAD STRESS INDUCED INTO ME. I WANTED TO OVERTAKE THE VEHICLE AND DO
THE SAME THING TO HIM.
AHA! EVEN THOUGH AN INCIDENT WAS OUTSIDE ME, I HAD CONTROL OVER THE IMPACT OF THE STRESSFUL EVENT. I HAVE CONTROL OVER HOW LONG I LET THE REACTION BE ACTIVE IN ME, AND THEREFORE HOW MUCH DIABETES I WAS GENERATING.

WE NEED TO BE MENTALLY PREPARED. WE ALL REALLY DO HAVE CONTROL OVER THE AMOUNT OF STRESS WE TAKE IN FROM TENSION EVENTS. WE HAVE ALL KNOWN PEOPLE WHO WOULD BE CALM IF A BOMB WENT OFF NEAR THEM, AND ALSO THOSE IN GREAT ANXIETY IF SOMEONE BLEW UP A PAPER BAG, AND CAUSED IT TO EXPLODE.
